What will my puppy gain from Puppy Pre-School?
Your puppy will gain valuable lifelong social skills by interacting, training and learning to relax in a safe and controlled environment; with other puppies and people.
Being held at a vet clinic, your puppy will associate the clinic to having fun and being spoilt with treats, rather than the usual vaccination or examination. Our safe, clean Puppy Preschool environment allows your puppy to interact with other puppies, prior to completing their full vaccination course.
 
How will I benefit?
Your young puppy is at a very impressionable age, where learning and training is occurring at every interaction with you and their environment. Our highly trained, experienced trainers will assist you in understanding how your puppy’s mind works to best manage their behaviours and training and will educate you in several areas of pet care such as dental, nutrition and bathing and grooming. We will provide you with the tools to teach your puppy in a positive and effective manner, to help your puppy grow into a confident, well-mannered adult dog.
 
Did you know our classes are run by qualified AVNAT Veterinary Nurses with a combined total of 33 years experience!!! Not to mention Kirstie is Delta Society trained! You and your pup are getting a wealth of knowledge in these classes.

    FAQs

    • How old does my puppy have to be?

       Puppies need to be anywhere between 6 - 14 weeks of age to attend Puppy Pre-School.

    • Where are the classes held?

      Classes are held at Murray Bridge Veterinary Clinic. Puppy Pre-School runs in blocks consisting of one night a week for 4 weeks.

    • At what time?

       Classes start at 6.30pm sharp and the length of the classes are 1-1½ hours per night.

    • What costs are involved?

      $130.00 for the course. Payment needs to be made before week 1. Ask clinic staff for an enrolment form.

    • Vaccination Requirements

      All puppies must have a current vaccination, and a certificate must be sighted if not done at our clinic. Make sure you tell your vet you are attending Puppy Pre-School as you will require a C5 vaccination to cover Canine Cough.
